As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and employees. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring access points, verifying credentials, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate : $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Sat02 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Sun02 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the facility, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Document and report any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with emergency response activities as needed, including communication with Allied Universal management and local authorities.

Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and promote a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Answer phones, direct calls, and provide information or assistance to visitors and employees as required.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
