Master Scheduler
Create and complete accurate production planning information, internal production schedules, and customer shipments to ensure all customer expectations are met. Lead activities within production control scheduling as assigned and support scheduling of other areas within production control as requested.
Analyze customer forecasts using the latest production data to create accurate internal production schedules and forecasts with 26 weeks of visibility in the supply chain.
Validate and import schedules into related databases, ensuring QAD reflects all details accurately.
Ensure efficient scheduling wherever possible and collect / report accurate plan versus actual production results.
Maintain QAD setups and monitor Seat ASRS inventory and Seat Loading to ensure no issues.
Monitor availability of seat trailers, seat dunnage, and seat pallet inventories.
Process, schedule, and ship special orders, issuing packets to production for SPPP and providing material service-related paperwork for shipping.
Monitor customer FG inventories and maintain strong communication between shifts and related groups, with a focus on urgent change points.
Provide Material Service with QAD Pre-Shipper Picklist and / or RF Express Picklist for shipments outside of Daifuku.
Support completion of NW startup activities and propose overtime as needed with clear explanation and understanding of cause / logic.
Lead activity on any DTR's received from assigned customers and ensure response deadlines are met.
Support maintenance of PC Group Operation Standard and form accuracy, and assist with business planning and budgeting activities as requested.
Experience in production planning and scheduling.
Knowledge of ERP systems and inventory control.
Strong skills in analyzing customer forecasts and production data.
Ability to validate and import schedules into related databases.
Proficiency in using QAD for scheduling and production control.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating between shifts and groups.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00 / hr.
