Business Analyst / Project Lead - DXM (Digital Experience Management) Functional Lead

  • Staffing Solutions : Full implementation, upgrade, support, and staff augmentation services.

    • Required Experience and Skills :

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in WCM implementations (Adobe, SDL, Interwoven, etc.).
  • Experience as a Business Analyst in at least the last 3 assignments.
  • Exposure to WCM platforms and implementations.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Finalize functional requirements, assign, and track project modules for delivery; provide technical guidance.
  • Create work plans, monitor, and ensure on-time delivery adhering to quality standards.
  • Develop and mentor team members to enhance technical skills and productivity.
  • Ensure process improvement and compliance within assigned modules; participate in technical discussions and reviews.
  • Prepare and submit status reports.
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

    • Tools : Adobe AEM, Interwoven, SDL, Web Publisher, Oracle Web Center.

    Experience Range : 8-10 years.

    Location : Full-time position.
