We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our product strategy and development pipeline. This role will be responsible for identifying which products to launch, building the business case, and then driving execution across procurement, packaging, quality control, and launch. You’ll act as the connective tissue between our coffee team, suppliers, creative partners, operations, and marketing to ensure that every product we release enhances our brand and delights our customers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Opportunity Sizing
- Own the product roadmap : define, prioritize, and communicate which products we should launch next.
- Identify high-potential opportunities through market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Build frameworks and business cases that weigh customer demand, margins, and operational feasibility.
- Recommend which products to launch, which to refine, and which to sunset.
2. Product Development Leadership
Drive new product concepts from idea to launch, partnering with the Coffee Team and manufacturers.Oversee prototyping, sampling, and testing — ensuring products meet both quality and brand expectations.Integrate feedback from cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers into product iterations.3. Supplier Procurement & Management
Where applicable - select and onboard suppliers that align with our standards for quality, pricing, and reliability.Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring long-term strategic fit and flexibility for growth.Build strong, collaborative supplier relationships to support innovation and scale.4. Creative & Packaging Direction
Lead collaboration with creative teams to develop packaging that reflects brand identity and excites customers.Ensure packaging timelines align with product launch schedules.Partner with marketing to develop visuals and customer-facing assets that bring the product story to life.5. Quality Ownership
Define and uphold quality benchmarks for all products.Oversee QA processes across suppliers, manufacturing, and final product release.Proactively resolve issues and implement continuous improvement measures.6. Market & Consumer Insights
Monitor consumer behavior, category trends, and competitor moves to keep Atlas ahead of the curve.Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product development and positioning.Partner with leadership to ensure product decisions align with long-term brand and growth strategy.About You
5–7+ years of experience in product management or product development, ideally within CPG, food, or beverage.Proven ability to define and drive product strategy, not just execution.Skilled at balancing customer insights, creative direction, and operational feasibility.Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.Experience in supplier management, negotiation, and quality assurance.Passionate about brand, storytelling, and creating products that surprise and delight.Coffee experience a plus, but not required — passion for great consumer products is essential.Why Join Us?
