Summary :

The Senior UX / UI Designer will play a critical role in enhancing the fan and customer experience across our digital platforms, which include websites and native apps for the Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and the Miami Open. The Senior UX / UI Designer will lead efforts to optimize design for ticket sales, engagement, and overall user satisfaction, ensuring our platforms reflect the premium experience our brands represent.

Location :

This is a full-time position based on site at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, FL.

Responsibilities :

• Create wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity mockups to conceptualize and prototype innovative digital experiences.
• Design and enhance web pages, landing pages, and app interfaces to improve purchase flows and fan engagement.
• Build and maintain templates for consistent design across platforms.
• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and maintain visual consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions that enhance conversion rates and engagement.
• Monitor industry trends and leverage emerging tools and technologies to innovate fan-centric experiences.
• Develop solutions to complex user experience challenges, aligned with the goals of multiple business units.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including the Brand, Sales, IT, and Compliance teams, to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Set design direction and contribute to the digital product roadmap by collaborating on feature enhancements and system integrations.
• Lead design brainstorming sessions and provide constructive feedback to internal and external teams.
