Summary
This role is built for a high-performing HVAC / MEP seller who brings strong experience in commercial mechanical projects and service agreements. You'll pursue both PM contract revenue and larger project opportunities across the New York / Westchester / CT border region.
What You'll Do
Sell commercial MEP / HVAC projects, repairs, replacements, and upgrades
Grow recurring revenue through preventative maintenance service agreements
Build and manage a pipeline in a larger, complex commercial market
Conduct site visits, job walks, and technical discovery for project scoping
Meet with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and building owners
Work closely with internal MEP project teams to scope, estimate, and deliver proposals
Manage the full sales cycle independently from prospecting to close
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
Experience You'll Need
Proven experience selling commercial HVAC / MEP projects
Strong experience with service agreements (PM contracts)
Ability to navigate technical discussions with engineers and facility teams
Strong relationship-building in commercial mechanical environments
Hunter mentality with the ability to uncover new opportunities in a larger region
Existing contacts within NY / CT commercial markets are a plus
