Job Description

As a Security Officer - Front Desk in Mount Pocono, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more.

As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting employees while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment. Your role will involve monitoring access, verifying credentials, and providing excellent customer service to everyone who enters the location. By being attentive and approachable, you will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a sense of trust and professionalism. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
