About the Role

Advanced Vision & Achievement Center is seeking a full-time Optician to join our team! We’re looking for someone who is positive, flexible, and eager to learn. The Optician will assist patients with eyewear selection, fitting, and adjustments while supporting other areas of the office as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay, negotiable based on experience and skillset

Bonus opportunities after 90 days (monthly and quarterly goals).

Full-time schedule : Mon–Thu 8 am–5 pm, Fri 8 am–2 pm.

Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, sick time, and 401(k) with match.

Optician Key Responsibilities

Guide patients in selecting, fitting, and adjusting frames and lenses.

Provide excellent patient service and education on eyewear options.

Support office operations and assist teammates in various roles.

Maintain accurate records using EHR and practice management software (Eyefinity).

Optician Qualifications

1+ year of optician or patient service experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).

High school diploma required.

Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.

Collaborative, positive, and patient-centered attitude.
