We are a well known National Defense Litigation practice seeking a Litigation Attorney at all levels to expand our Litigation group across the US with experience in General Liability / Products Liability and / or Transportation (Trucking) / General Casualty Litigation . These roles offer strong trial exposure, client contact, the chance to work in a collaborative, results-driven environment, and growth opportunities for professional development & advancement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support senior attorneys in managing a litigation caseload
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on transportation and regulatory issues
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Assist in settlement negotiations and case evaluations
- Collaborate with team members across offices on strategy and client service
- Prepare case updates and reports for client stakeholders
