JOB SPECIFICS

• Excellent work / life balance practice seeks Family Medicine or IM / Peds physician, BC / BE.
• Established primary care practice with a highly trained and motivated support staff led by RNs
• Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and PRN options.
• Outpatient only practice supported by hospitalist service.
• Minimal call, supported by the OSF After-Hours Nurse Triage Center taking first call.

• Embedded services such as care management, social work, behavioral health, and a nurse clinic

Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position : $285,000-$305,000

Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
