• You enjoy interacting and generating a high level of connection with guests; with the guest experience always at the forefront of your mind
• You take pride in your position, from the quality of service and hospitality that you provide, to the product that you are serving
• You are a “Team Player”, considerate to the experience of all guests, as well as the experience of your fellow employees
• You have strong organization and communication skills, as well as the ability to multi-task
• You understand “Genuine” hospitality
• You have a high level of passion for, and strong knowledge of, food and beverage
• You have experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting
• You ideally have TIPs alcohol procedures certification, alongside any State or County required license requirements for the service of food and alcohol
