Division Sales Manager - Payroll / HR at Acrisure (Auris). Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses. Job Summary

Leader responsible for market penetration through targeted Payroll campaigns that deliver incremental revenue from new and / or existing clients. As a Payroll Division Manager (PDM), you will report to a regional Vice President (VP). PDMs must manage and achieve their Division’s productive sales goal on a monthly basis while leading a team of Payroll Territory Managers (PTMs) and Senior Product Advisors (SPAs), responsible for the direct sale of Auris’s payroll solutions and related products in a specified region or major geographical area.

Your role as a PDM includes recruiting and interviewing PTM and SPA candidates, deploying divisional communication, managing SPA / PTM activity, developing PTMs, building PTM business plans, maintaining and managing relationships with partners including Payments Dealers and business networking groups, and collaborating with Outside Sales POS / Payments teams while monitoring and adhering to corporate sales policies.

Develop, manage, and enhance partnerships across internal teams and external organizations, fostering collaboration and adherence to corporate sales policies and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting and interviewing to continuously grow the sales team(s).
  • Managing region and holding the team accountable for productive sales goals.
  • Providing coaching and support to employees in the field; helping them understand challenges and improve performance.
  • Maintaining existing / prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas) with call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information in accordance with company policies.
  • Continuously building knowledge of the current product / service portfolio and changes in the financial technology industry.
  • Providing status updates to VP and / or SVP.
  • Achieving minimum production requirements, including Install Margin Goal %.
  • Leading weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one sessions with team members.
  • Conducting monthly team training sessions.
  • Other duties as needed; completion of DMAP Training; Phase 1 : Selling Metrics; Phase 2 : Leadership Principles + Recruiting Training; Phase 3 : Building a team.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check and DMAP Training.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including effective speaking before groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to maintain consistent sales results each month.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to take charge and complete objectives.
  • Thorough understanding of how to manage the entire sales cycle; strong industry knowledge and working knowledge of the sales process.
  • Ability to develop innovative approaches to problem solving; proactive, customer-focused, entrepreneurial orientation.
  • Ability to work independently while upholding organizational culture; willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 3–5 years of outside sales and sales management experience.

  • First-year potential of $90,000–$105,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity (top 25%).
