Job description

Position Overview : As the Lead Water Filtration Plumbing Technician, you will oversee and lead a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration systems. You will ensure high standards of workmanship, provide expert guidance, and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water filtration systems and a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and support a team of water filtration plumbing technicians in day-to-day field operations.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential water filtration systems.
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to technicians to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure all work is completed to code, company standards, and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and schedule projects efficiently.
  • Handle client interactions professionally, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure timely submission of reports.

Qualifications :

  • Licensed plumber with extensive experience in water filtration systems.
  • Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of residential water filtration systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and quality assurance.
  • Valid driver’s license.
