Job descriptionProvide immediate triage, assessment, and stabilization for patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with ER protocols Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and diagnostic results Initiate and assist with emergency procedures (code blue, trauma response, rapid response, etc.) Work closely with physicians, advanced providers, respiratory therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members Communicate clearly during handoffs and critical events Serve as a resource for patients and families, offering education and emotional support Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records Adhere to all facility policies, state regulations, and Joint Commission standards Follow infection prevention and safety protocols consistently Quickly adapt to new units, workflows, and charting systems Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays Fulfill contract commitments, including shift requirements and expected performance standards Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of assignment (or compact license if applicable) Minimum 1–2 years of recent ER nursing experience (travel experience preferred but not required) Certifications : ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) – often required TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) – strongly preferred Strong triage skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills Medical benefits Dental benefits Life insurance Weekly pay License and certification reimbursement Holiday Pay 401k retirement plan Referral bonus

Travel ED Registered Nurse- Minnesota
We are seeking a skilled Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team on a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate is experienced in fast-paced acute care settings and comfortable delivering high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients experiencing medical emergencies. This role requires adaptability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to quickly integrate into new environments.
