Step into the heartbeat of production in Whippany, NJ
Picture the start of your shift : you fine-tune a blister line, dial in parameters to match the SOPs, verify tooling, and run a clean startup. By mid-morning, you’ve cleared a fault on a cartoner, coached an operator on safe setup, and synced with QA to resolve a label-quality deviation. The afternoon brings documentation updates, a line-clearance signoff, and a quick PLC tweak to improve uptime. You end the day proposing a layout change that cuts waste and boosts throughput.
