This position requires an active PA license and completion of specific certifications, including BLS and NBCRNA. Candidates should be prepared to work full-time with a schedule of four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.

SCHEDULE :

Need1 FT, or close to FT locum hire for hospital. CRNA offering 4, 10hr shifts M-F ASAP

ACTUAL START IS BASED ON CREDENTIALING

Active PA License and Licensure If a Licensure Provider is Submitted Please Note They CANNOT be Scheduled for 16wks to Provide Time to Obtain the License

MUST be Willing to Work (4) 10s

Required Procedures : No Trauma, No Cardiac, No OB, Neuro, GYN, Urology, Gen Surg, Colorectal, Ophthalmology, GI and Vascular

Required Certifications : NBCRNA

Minimum Years Experience : 1
