Location : Kansas City, MO

Salary : 35.65- 47.64 / hour (based on experience)

Shift Differential : $4.00 / hour for Nights & Weekends

Sign-On Bonus & Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis

We are hiring Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNC) for various units, including Med-Surg, Med-Surg (Ortho / Trauma), NICU, and Inpatient Oncology . This full-time, night shift position requires rotating weekends and offers the opportunity to lead a team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

About the Role :

As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) , you will :

• Oversee unit operations during your shift, ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care.
• Manage patient admissions and discharges efficiently.
• Collaborate with the management team to evaluate and improve the quality of care.
• Lead and foster teamwork to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.
• Assist with staff scheduling, labor management, and inventory control.
• Provide recommendations for staffing, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications :

BLS and ACLS certifications required within 30 days of hire.
