About The Role : Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Project Manager for Engineering & Product Development will oversee projects related to product development and engineering for all Integra Beauty brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably within the beauty, consumer goods, or personal care industries. This role requires proactive leadership, excellent communication, and organizational skills to collaborate across departments, including Product Development, Marketing, and Operations.

Position At A Glance :

  • Project Management : Manage lifecycle of projects from concept to launch, develop project plans, track progress, lead meetings, identify risks, and ensure quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as liaison among teams, coordinate with vendors and manufacturers, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Performance Management & Reporting : Gather project statuses, measure progress against KPIs, and propose improvements.
  • Budget and Resource Management : Monitor budgets, optimize resources, and prepare performance reports.

Duties And Responsibilities :

  • Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, and risks.
  • Coordinate product launch schedules with sales and operations.
  • Analyze product concepts for feasibility and ROI.
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
  • Scrutinize product designs for quality and conformance.
  • Ensure products exceed customer expectations.

    • Additional Responsibilities :

  • Product testing if required.
  • Travel as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Product Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years in project management or related roles, preferably in beauty or personal care.
  • Understanding of product development processes.
  • Certification like PMP or CAPM preferred.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
