Key Responsibilities
Handle client interactions via phone, email, text, and Slack with professionalism
Manage appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations accurately
Provide guidance on nutrition, health, fitness, and DEXA technology while supporting event and operations teams
Required Qualifications
Extensive customer service experience (3+ years preferred) in a high-volume environment
Experience with CX platforms such as HubSpot, AirCall, or Zendesk
Strong knowledge of CX KPIs, metrics, and best practices
Deep passion for health, wellness, and fitness
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work
