Diesel Technician Mobile

Managed Mobile is looking for an advanced level Diesel Technician with a wide breadth of experience who can diagnose and repair light / medium / heavy duty trucks and trailers. The selected candidate will work independently from fully equipped service vehicle including a smart phone, iPad, computer diagnostic equipment, air compressor, air welder / generator, A / C recovery machine, lifting and supporting devices, safety equipment and all supplies and parts necessary to complete assigned work. The selected candidate will perform scheduled services and repairs with a well-thought out approach, adhering to industry best practices and all company safety policies and procedures.

Repair Technician Responsibilities / Duties :

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance for light, medium and heavy duty trucks, trailers and equipment including all major vehicle systems : engine, drivetrain, brakes, suspension, steering, electrical, and computer diagnostics;
• Operate a fully equipped and functional mobile service vehicle, delivering service to customer locations throughout the Dallas / Ft Worth area.
• Respond throughout the day to different tasks as dictated by the changing demands and needs of the business;
• Able and flexible to work an average of 8-10 hours per week of overtime
