Inventory Specialist / Miami, FL

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Language Requirement : Bilingual – English & Spanish

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Inventory Lead / Specialist to take ownership of inventory operations within a high-performing distribution environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings, values accuracy, and enjoys improving systems and workflows.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP and WMS systems, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to lead a small team while staying actively involved in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily inventory activities such as cycle counts, replenishments, stock checks, and returns.

Lead and motivate a small team, setting priorities and ensuring efficiency.

Act as the first point of contact for discrepancies or operational challenges.

Conduct and oversee physical inventory audits, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate closely with receiving, shipping, and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.

Prepare and review reports highlighting shortages, risks, or process trends.

Maintain compliance with company standards and applicable regulations.

Drive continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, efficiency, and space utilization.

Qualifications

Proven experience in inventory control within a warehouse or distribution center.

Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.

Strong ERP / WMS system knowledge is a must.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Clear and professional communication in both English and Spanish.

Forklift certification a plus.

Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or regulated industries is beneficial.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks.

Comfortable working in an active distribution setting with varying conditions.
