We're seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative with an active Florida 4-40 License to support personal lines accounts and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, trusted relationships with personal lines clients through proactive, high-quality service.
- Process personal lines service requests, including policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.
- Submit new business and renewal applications for carrier quotes.
- Review policy documents and applications for accuracy and completeness.
- Issue ID cards, certificates of insurance, and evidence of property insurance.
- Handle premium invoicing, payment reminders, and billing follow-ups.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records within the agency management system.
- Complete all service-related tasks promptly, accurately, and in compliance with agency standards.
What You Bring
1-2 years of personal lines insurance experience.Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required).Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Bilingual English / Spanish is highly preferred.Experience with Nexsure or similar agency management systems is a plus.Taj Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
