Accounting Specialist Responsibilities :

• Process a high volume of invoices each week and ensure accurate coding and entry into the accounting system
• Assist with month-end close tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and proper application of credits
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and verify proper approval authorization for transactions
• Review, approve, and process T&E transactions in compliance with company policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and documentation for audits
• Correspond with vendors, reconcile vendor statements, and respond to inquiries promptly
• Collaborate with the accounting team to identify and implement process improvements
