We are looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team in Knoxville, Tennesseee. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for providing outstanding IT support. The successful candidate will manage network infrastructure, support end-users, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across multiple locations.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily IT support for over 100 end-users across three office locations, ensuring high-quality service and system reliability.
• Handle the onboarding and offboarding process, including provisioning, configuring, and deprovisioning user accounts and devices.
• Administer and maintain the Microsoft Suite, on-premises Active Directory, Intune, and Autopilot for device and system management.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues, implement patches, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
• Provide consistent and effective end-user support while aligning technology solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure IT systems meet the organization's evolving needs.
• Assist with configuring and troubleshooting HP switches and SonicWall firewalls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and on-premises Active Directory.
• Practical experience with Intune and Autopilot for device management.
• Strong background in IT support and customer service, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Proven experience managing IT systems for over 100 end-users across multiple locations.
• Hands-on expertise in user provisioning, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with HP switches and SonicWall firewalls is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of firewall technologies, Cisco routers, Cisco networking, and LAN setups.
