Presbyterian Homes & Services - Valley Ridge is seeking a Resident Services Director to join our team. This position reports to the Campus Administrator. The community is located at 1921 West Burnsville Parkway, Burnsville, MN 55337. Valley Ridge offers various amenities including a free fitness center, parks, walking paths, and employee appreciation events. The community provides assisted living and assisted living with memory care.

The Resident Services Director is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring services for residents in housing and assisted living. This position supports residents through advocacy, service coordination, and marketing and admission processes. The Resident Services Director acts as a liaison between management and residents and assists the Site Leader in campus operations. The position also participates in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications include a college degree in social work, gerontology, health care administration, human services or related field or equivalent experience. Experience in senior housing, service, or health care related environment is required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in resident service coordination, resident and family support systems, marketing, and community outreach are necessary. Compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies is also required.

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $26.27-$32.84 per hour. Benefits include health, dental, life insurance, retirement, holiday pay, and extended sick.
