ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring a Junior Security Analyst to support security compliance and facility operations across classified programs. This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for individuals with working knowledge of NISPOM and an interest in gaining experience with SCIF and SAP / SCI program support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 3-5 years of experience within the industrial security industry.
• Support the daily execution of security operations in accordance with NISPOM and 32 CFR Part 117.
• Assist in maintaining personnel and facility clearances via DISS, NBIS, and NISS.
• Prepare and manage visit requests and classified contract documentation (e.g., DD-254s).
• Help coordinate internal self-inspections and DCSA assessments.
• Contribute to SCIF / Open Storage Area construction and accreditation documentation.
• Draft and update SOPs, access rosters, training logs, and emergency action plans.
• Aid in incident reporting, security inquiries, and general investigations.
• Support security training and briefing / debriefing efforts.
