Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Serve meals and assist residents with eating as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in resident rooms and common areas.
• Follow care plans and report any observations or concerns to the nursing team.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
