IT - Deployment Technician 2

Services can include :

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to operate a pallet jack.
• On-Site receiving functions for new equipment orders.
• Performs imaging reclaimed (re-deployable) assets (if applicable).
• System builds (software, applications, etc).
• Asset tagging (if applicable).
• Device return processing and scanning.
• Assist with Inventory management - new, re-deployable, disposal equipment.
• Data Center Inventory using customer provided tools and training.
• Hardware separation by disposition (Redeploy / Disposal).
• On-Site data erasure (data sanitization).
• Maintains the Customer-site facility in a neat, clean, organized and orderly fashion.
• Prepares Equipment for pickup / shipping.
• Passes escalations to the Program Supervisor as needed.
• Any other reasonable activities within the scope of the resources' technical abilities that is agreed upon by both Customer and supplier.
