Customer Support Representative - Whittier, CA
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative with a strong background in distribution call centers . In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will work closely with other team members to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. This position requires that the candidate have "distribution call center customer service" experience. No Exceptions. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
