Key Responsibilities

Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney / litigation involvement

Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service

Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair and timely injury settlements with all parties involved

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Prior represented third-party casualty claim handling experience in New York, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania

Must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones

Experience in handling communication with customers and attorneys through various channels

Ability to utilize innovative platforms and tools for claims management

Remote work capability with a focus on efficiency and customer service
