Site Manager

One of my clients is currently seeking a Site Manager for their facility located just outside of Fort Worth, TX. They are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in kitting, light assembly, and value-added fulfillment services. Our clients rely on us for accuracy, speed, and flexibility—and we’re looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead daily operations at one of our facilities.

The Role

As Site Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end performance of the site, with a strong focus on kitting operations. You’ll lead warehouse staff, manage workflows, hit SLAs, and continuously improve safety, quality, and productivity. This is a highly operational role for someone who thrives on the floor, not just behind a desk.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, including kitting, assembly, packing, and outbound shipping

• Lead, train, and manage supervisors and hourly associates

• Plan labor and resources to meet volume forecasts and client SLAs

• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with SOPs

• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, cost, and process flow

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility

• Partner with clients and internal teams to support new programs and launches

• Track KPIs and report on performance, issues, and improvements

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of warehouse or 3PL operations experience

• Proven experience managing kitting, light assembly, or value-added services

• Strong people leadership skills in a fast-paced environment

• Solid understanding of labor planning, inventory flow, and WMS systems

• Lean / continuous improvement mindset

• Comfortable being hands-on and making real-time decisions

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in high-mix, variable-volume operations

• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, or regulated environments

• Lean, Six Sigma, or similar certifications
