Job Overview
As our Training Expert - Pilot , you will develop training curriculum, deliver and instruct materials, and support a government flight program. This full-time position is based in our Jacksonville corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Direct pilot positional training of aircraft and aircraft systems.
- Develop Fleet and FRS P-8A training syllabi for pilot qualification on aircraft and aircraft systems.
- Research, prepare, and instruct training materials and technical reports on aircraft improvements for fleet testers and training personnel.
- Instruction of Fleet and FMS pilots and aircrew in classroom, aircraft, and simulators.
- Additional duties may be required by our government customer.
- Position may require flexibility in working hours and up to 20% travel.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience in maritime patrol aircraft.Minimum 1000 flight hours in P-3C and / or P-8A.Demonstrated program management experience and ability to lead and manage a team.P-8 FRS Instructor experience.P-8 Operational experience.Proficiency with Adobe, NMCI, SIPR, and Microsoft Office 365.Air to Air Refueling Instructor experience desired.Test experience desired.Equally Important

This position requires U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance. Selected candidate will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
