Primary Job Responsibilities
- Promotes KeystoneCare services to new and existing clients and expand business reach through networking techniques.
- Meets and exceeds territory growth targets.
- Ability to travel independently in the community to attend meetings with referral sources and the public.
- Demonstrates ability to develop basic clinical knowledge to support and present KeystoneCare’s marketing activities and services.
- Manages existing accounts to ensure continued and deepening partnership.
- Coordinates post-acute discharge for homecare and hospice with case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and physicians to provide a seamless transition to home or SNF.
- Regularly provides update to management team on prior period activities and upcoming marketing plan.
- Ability to communicate at all levels with the healthcare community.
- Develops and participates in Community education and outreach events.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups within the agency’s CRM system to ensure transparency and continuity of care coordination.
- Utilize the CRM to track referral sources, manage pipeline opportunities, and generate reports that support strategic sales planning and performance evaluation.
Requirements
Prior Healthcare industry experience required; Including Home Health, Palliative and / or HospiceCollege Degree from an accredited college and 2 plus years’ experience and / or equivalent trainingExcellent written and oral communication skillsPreferable work experience includes clinical work, customer service, or other sales experiencePossess the ability to work under pressure and meet sales goalsWell organized, with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple prioritiesReliable vehicleDriver's License and Car Insurance in good standingProof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption.Benefits
