Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (Edmond)

Position Summary

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a key member of our outpatient mental health team, responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients with diverse needs. This role includes conducting evaluations, managing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Education : Masters or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Licensure : Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or PMHNP-BC).
• Experience : Minimum 2 years of clinical psychiatric experience (5+ years preferred).
• Knowledge : Familiarity with The Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, DHS, and state / federal regulatory standards.
• Additional Requirements : Must complete TB testing, drug screening, and background check upon hire.
