Job description

Responsible for overseeing hospital operations during evenings, nights, and weekends, including inpatient units and all ancillary / support departments operating at these times.

Acts as a clinical expert and role model, making timely and informed decisions in clinical settings.

Maintains energy and commitment to support staff throughout periods of change.

Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, applying policies and contracts fairly and consistently.

Manages multiple intense activities or challenges calmly and effectively.

Demonstrates reliability in maintaining work schedules and motivates others with a strong work ethic.

Submission Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience.
Proven experience in conflict resolution.
Comprehensive knowledge of acute care Medical Center operations, including emergency, trauma, and critical care management.
Familiarity with staffing systems is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher.
Documented ongoing education and professional development in healthcare and nursing.
Must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license.
