Job description
  • Responsible for overseeing hospital operations during evenings, nights, and weekends, including inpatient units and all ancillary / support departments operating at these times.
  • Acts as a clinical expert and role model, making timely and informed decisions in clinical settings.
  • Maintains energy and commitment to support staff throughout periods of change.
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, applying policies and contracts fairly and consistently.
  • Manages multiple intense activities or challenges calmly and effectively.
  • Demonstrates reliability in maintaining work schedules and motivates others with a strong work ethic.

    • Submission Requirements :

    • Minimum of 3 years of successful leadership experience.
    • Proven experience in conflict resolution.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of acute care Medical Center operations, including emergency, trauma, and critical care management.
    • Familiarity with staffing systems is preferred.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher.
    • Documented ongoing education and professional development in healthcare and nursing.
    • Must hold a Registered Nurse (RN) license.
