IT Solutions Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Solutions Implementation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Install and configure enterprise software on servers and network devices

Integrate cloud services and identity providers into customer networks

Troubleshoot, document, and support implemented solutions

Required Qualifications

Broad IT generalist background across networking, servers, cloud, and endpoints

Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP / IP, and SSL / TLS

Experience with Windows Server and client OS administration

Understanding of firewalls, switches, routers, and VLANs

Experience with ticketing tools such as ConnectWise or Zendesk
