In this dynamic role, you'll leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes for our Small Business and Personal Lines teams, ensuring precise forecasting, comprehensive reporting, and seamless alignment with service and cross-functional teams. How You'll Make An Impact

• Develop insightful dashboards and reports for informed decision-making.
• Oversee and enhance CRM systems like Salesforce for robust data integrity.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations. Prior experience successfully managing sales operations within the Insurance industry strongly preferred.
