Plant Manager

Seeking a Plant Manager to oversee operations, develop strategies, and ensure productivity and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, organize, direct, and run day-to-day operations for maximum productivity
• Develop and execute production plans to meet customer demand and business goals
• Manage plant budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives
• Coordinate daily production processes and schedules
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards
• Monitor inventory, raw materials, and shipping operations
