Job descriptionParts Distribution : Efficiently issue parts and accessories to technicians from the service parts counter. Inventory Management : Track and maintain records of incoming and outgoing parts. Sales Focused : Assist and sell parts to exceed monthly sales goals. Customer Service : Provide top-notch service to both technicians and retail customers via phone, internet, or in-person. Organized and Efficient : Manage files, inventory counts, and maintain accurate records at the parts counter. Experience is a Plus Knowledge of automotive parts is a bonus; well train you if youre motivated! Customer-Focused Friendly demeanor with outstanding customer service skills Reliable & Punctual Excellent attendance is a must Organized and Detail-Oriented Strong organizational skills for inventory management Valid Drivers License Clean driving record and authorized to work in the U.S. Customer Service
