Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day execution of campaign plans from strategy brief through launch and reporting.
- Collaborate with creative teams, vendors, and agency partners to develop and deliver all campaign assets.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications to ensure campaigns stay on track.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with adjustments or optimization based on early results.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints.
- Support the Director of Brand and Communications in implementing integrated marketing initiatives.
Requirements : Skills & Attributes
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or campaign coordination; experience working with agencies or creative teams preferred.Strong understanding of the creative process and experience working with design, content, and digital teams.Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through.Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Agile, adaptable, and comfortable managing shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
