Entry Level Marketing

Mr. Rogers Windows is looking for a high-energy, outgoing Marketing Promoter to join our dynamic team.
This is not your typical job-you'll be out in the field, actively engaging with the public at events, in stores, and out in neighborhoods to promote our brand and generate qualified leads.
Ideal candidates are energetic, confident, love interacting with people, and are driven by results. They don't like sitting behind a desk and they enjoy being out and about and doing different things.

Responsibilities:
Follow a proven process to obtain and set appointments
Share information about Mr. Rogers Windows products and services
Guide and educate customers through conversations to understand their needs
Set up and maintain display areas (tables, stands, booths) at festivals etc.
Keep store display areas tidy and well-stocked with materials
Utilize software as you knock doors in neighborhoods for a few hours a day

Qualifications:

Self-motivated and driven
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
Professional appearance
Valid Driver's License
Reliable transportation to various sites
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience canvassing or working events
Flexible schedule with the ability to work full-time 40 hours/week, including weekends
Able to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)
Must own a smartphone with a data plan

Full-time Salary of $36,400 with uncapped bonuses you can make $50,000 - $60,000 annually
$500.00 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days of employment)
