Military Operations Analyst- Data Engineer / Analyst (TS / SCI, SOF Support)

Force Structure Support : The GOV office seeks to automate data into usable information and to modernize processes related to structure, contractor accountability, and augmentation tracking. The team aims to automate decade-old processes such as org charts, contractor data bases, data submissions, and visual data representations used to brief the Command on enterprise-level decisions.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship and possess an Active TS / SCI Clearance.
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on Data Engineer, Operations Research Analyst, or similar experience demonstrating the ability to design and conduct data modeling / architecture / engineering, data wrangling, advanced data analysis, and data visualization to provide insights and solutions to complex problems, processes, and scenarios.
- Expertise with common data structures and systems, and proficiency with data analysis and / or programming languages, e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.
- Experience working with SOF, interagency working groups, national agencies, DOD agencies, combatant commands or academic organizations.
- Familiarity or experience with force structure management or human resources, personnel accountability and management programs.
- UX / UI experience with applications / interfaces and conducting user research and testing, with proficiency in design theories and principles.
- Expertise in producing high-fidelity wireframes and other prototyping tools (e.g., Axure RP, UXPin, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Graduate of a Command and General Staff College / Intermediate Level Education.
- Strong multi-tasking and organization skills to stay on track in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and prioritize to create the desired outcome efficiently.
- Experience with a wide range of tools, and willingness to adapt to new tools as needed.
- Experience as a combat developer or trained in force modification preferred.
- While not a prerequisite, pursuit of the following Defense Acquisition University certificates within 180 days after hiring is highly encouraged : CLR 101, RQM 1010, CLR 151, CLR 250, CLR 252 (or most current equivalent).
