Our Talent team works to support the recruiting efforts of the companies within our portfolio by connecting them with talented potential candidates. We have multiple companies actively hiring for Senior Staff and Principal Engineers cross different domains—including protocol, infrastructure, full-stack, and developer tooling.

What We’re Looking For :

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years at the Staff or Principal level
• Proven track record of building and shipping crypto-native systems—whether protocols, infra, or full-stack products
• Deep expertise in system design, distributed systems, and production-grade architecture
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical initiatives
• Strong comfort operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced startup environments
• Bonus : contributed to open-source crypto projects or participated in core protocol engineering
