Member Service Representative / Dispatch

Overview

Daviess-Martin County REMC is seeking a friendly and organized Member Service Representative / Dispatch to serve as the first point of contact for our members and support daily operations. This role combines customer service with dispatch responsibilities, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and over the phone
• Process service applications, account updates, and payments
• Support billing and collections processes
• Monitor and respond to outages using our Outage Management System
• Dispatch field personnel and maintain communication logs
• Assist with reporting, data entry, and coordination during storms
