Responsibilities

• The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively.
• As part of the store leadership team, drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.
