We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager for a premier Seattle hotel’s signature restaurant and lounge. This is a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your leadership, service standards, and ability to guide a high-performing team will be valued. In this role, you’ll oversee daily front-of-house operations, support special events, and help deliver memorable guest experiences.

Restaurant Manager Job Duties :
- Lead, mentor, and support the front-of-house team to deliver elevated service and maintain consistent training standards
- Oversee daily operations including service execution, inventory, staff scheduling, and financial performance
- Partner with culinary and property leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences across all meal periods
- Manage hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and other employee lifecycle activities
- Support special events, activations, and guest engagement initiatives
Schedule : - Full-time
- High-volume, multi-shift operation (evenings and weekends as needed)
Pay :
$80,000 / year + 10% bonus potentialRestaurant Manager Requirements :
3+ years of restaurant management experience in upscale or high-volume operationsStrong knowledge of F&B operations, health department regulations, and liquor lawsTech savvy with strong attention to detail; scheduling experience is a plusSommelier certification or strong wine and spirits knowledge preferredProven leadership skills and ability to remain calm while navigating ambiguityExperience with banquets, private events, or union environments is a plusBenefits :
