Full-Time Wound Care Nurse : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to perform mobile wound care treatments under the plan of care established by a Nurse Practitioner. This specific position will be servicing the Salt Lake City area. This role is perfect for a nurse looking for schedule flexibility and autonomy with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities :

• Perform UltraMist wound care treatments according to the plan of care provided by the supervising Nurse Practitioner.
• Remove and reapply appropriate wound care dressings according to the plan of care.
• Document treatment sessions accurately and thoroughly.
• Communicate effectively with the supervising NP regarding patient progress and any concerns.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards.
