Job Title: Business Performance Senior Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a critical team member who will develop and execute the strategic publication plans that shape the future of scientific communications in precision medicine. Our team values scientific rigor, collaboration, and operational excellence, ensuring impactful publications across therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities:
- Drive planning, development, and execution of publication strategies focused on precision medicine and biomarkers, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and publication standards.
- Oversee end-to-end publication development, including manuscript writing, literature review, authorship adjudication, submission, and responding to reviewer feedback for journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional scientific and operational teams to coordinate publication activities, review processes, and identify new opportunities for impactful publications.
- Lead periodic publication reviews, track publication metrics, and implement process improvements leveraging technology and AI solutions, while providing mentorship to internal teams.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Advanced scientific degree (PhD strongly preferred) in Molecular & Cellular Biology or related field, with demonstrated experience writing peer-reviewed publications.
- At least 2 years of scientific publication writing experience (or equivalent per stated degree requirements), including writing for others and managing publications within R&D or scientific environments.
- Strong background in stakeholder management with senior scientific leaders and ability to navigate and interpret large, complex datasets.
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, biotech, or freelance scientific writing field, with strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
