Job descriptionTRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED IN license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Active DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED BLS and ACLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics (note experience with all ages in "Experience" field) - REQUIRED EPIC EMR knowledge - HIGHLY PREFERRED ACLS BLS Board Certified Board Eligible DEA Indiana COVID Vaccination, Provider will be working with all ages - must have experience working with pediatrics-geriatrics
Job Description
- Schedule is Monday through Friday 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m., or until all patients are seen.
- Call is 1 : 7 (phone call only)
- Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection / aspiration
- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed.
- Treating pediatrics to geriatrics
- Candidate will join one Nurse Practitioner
- Average patient census per day is 18-22
- EMR : Epic
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Not accepting Locums candidates
